Congress - Get your priorities straight.

Dear Members of Congress,

the next time you think about what to pay and what not to pay during a financial crisis (of your own making), please consider the following list.

1. Foreign Governments (this could be divided into several sub-categories)
2. Foreign Aid
3. Grants to any person or entity based/headquartered outside the United States.
4. Grants to any non-defense related entity, and stop stretching the definition of "defense related".
5. Congressional Staff pay - each one of you does not need dozens of people working for you !
6. Social Programs in order of the percentage of population actually served, least to most.

This will be a good start, contact me when you get these done and I will let you know where to go from there.
