Chapter Two - The Clean Bill Act

Outline to be fleshed out later:

This bill may not be altered or amended.

Purpose: To make the writing of a Bill simple and understandable to all who read it.

All bills from this date forward will be written in common English that each and every Citizen of average intelligence and education can read and easily comprehend.

No bill may be longer than 250 pages.

No Bill may have more than 10 amendments attached.

No amendment may be attached to a bill that is not directly related to the subject of the bill.

No amendment can exceed 10 pages in length.

No member of Congress shall vote on any bill that they have not read in it's entirety
