Senator Evan Bayh is expected to vote against the Marriage Protection Amendment which comes up for a vote in the Senate on June 6. This means he would prefer that a single activist federal judge have the authority to wipe out Indiana's state law that defines marriage as only between one man and one woman. A vote for the Marriage Protection Amendment is a vote for traditional marriage. A vote against the MPA (which Bayh has indicated he will do) is a vote for homosexual marriage.
